Eminem‘s ex-wife Kim Scott is facing new legal trouble after a judge issued a warrant for her arrest when she failed to appear at a scheduled court hearing in her DUI case.
Scott, who was formerly known as Kim Mathers, was expected in a Michigan courtroom on Wednesday, June 24, but never arrived, leading the judge to issue a bench warrant, according to a report from Page Six published the same day.
Her bond is set at $10,000 and at the time of publication, she had yet to be arrested.
The missed court appearance marks the latest development in a string of legal troubles Scott, 51, has faced this year. According to TMZ, she was arrested in February after crashing into a parked car and then fleeing the scene. Cops arrived at her home later after she was spotted colliding with her own garage door.
The police report obtained by the outlet said that Scott admitted to drinking two margaritas at Chili’s before driving that night.

Last month on Monday, May 11, she appeared in court for the incident and pleaded no contest to driving under the influence.
“Driving under the influence is not a lapse in judgment — it is a deliberate decision that puts every person on the road at risk,” Macomb County Prosecutor Pete Lucido said in a statement, per the New York Post. “We see the consequences far too often: lives lost, families shattered, and communities changed forever.”
Two days after she appeared in court, Scott was arrested again after allegedly striking another parked vehicle while under the influence.
TMZ reported on May 19 that she blew three times over the legal limit and was slurring her words when she was arrested. The outlet also obtained a copy of that police report which stated that Scott struggled to stand during the arrest and that she smelled of alcohol.
